Parental Guide

If you are a Parent who has reached this site in an effort to see if this is a comic you would want your child reading, I applaud you for taking an interest. Giderah and the contents of this website have never been formally rated or critiqued so I will do my best to explain the content.

However, my opinion and ratings will never match 100% with every person's opinion of acceptable content. Therefore, it may be in your best interest to read the comic for yourself before you decide whether or not this is acceptable reading for your child. It is a parent's responsibility to monitor what their children read, not a writer's responsibility to create content every parent can agree with.


That being said here is my personal rating of Giderah and comments on the content:

Rating: PG-13

Violence and Gore: As this is a comic concerning a war there will be scenes of containing bloody violence, gore, and death.

Profanity: This comic may occaisionally contain mild obscenities and name-calling

Sexual content: This comic contains NO explicit sexual content. While characters may refer to other characters being born no sexually graphic images will be depicted.

Deragotory terms: This comic deals with several fictional cultures at war with one another. These cultures do discriminate against one another as part of the storyline. However, these are fictional cultures and are not meant to represent any real group of individuals.
