The Story:
Giderah is the story of Tamorayn, a boy born into the strongest family in the known history of the world. Discarded at birth for lacking the extraordinary features of his father, the God-King Giderah, the young prince is raised and prepared for the world by his Aunt. He is forced to fight for his place by accepting his heritage or doing the impossible and breaking with his blood...

History:
Giderah was started in October 2006. The original idea was to have a few people invested in the story by creating an open call for character designs. However, the response was overwhelming and the character openings were quickly filled. It has always been the creators intention to have the Giderah website evolve with the ideas of those who enjoy the comic. A special thanks goes to the many contributors from deviantart. Any page that contains their character creation will also include a link to the artist.

The Author:
Kellie Pietscher, age 22, is a comic fan from Grand Rapids, MI. She graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design with a Bachelors in Digital Media- Multimedia Design. Besides working on the comic she does Web and Graphic Design. In her free time she enjoys sculpture, going to the movies, and walking her two dogs, Yog-sothoth and Randy Couture as well as watching copious amounts of Monk, Law and Order, and Cold-Case files.
